Founder & Principal Technologist

Isaac founded Norwood Tech with a background spanning enterprise IT infrastructure, software architecture, and cybersecurity. Based in West Long Branch, NJ, he brings hands-on technical leadership to every client engagement — which means when you work with Norwood Tech, you're working with the person who actually understands your systems at the deepest level.

His approach is direct: understand the business first, apply technology second. Every solution should solve a real problem, not create new ones. Isaac is personally involved in scoping, architecture, and quality review for every Norwood Tech engagement.
